Banga means Pots basically it can be called the Pots dance. The Banga dance is being performed by mainly female dancers. They wear a traditional Kalinga clothes which is weave clothing and a pots placed on their head.

The dance is accompanied by a music played by flute and bamboos being hit in the iron pots. This dance shows the balancing ability of the dancers while maintaining their poise and grace. It is sad that folk dances like Banga dance are not familiar with the younger generations today. They are more into modern dances like hip hop, Krumping and jazz but the good thing is there are still dance groups who chose to dance folk dances like Banga dance.
